      • Products and Services: All cakes and related items listed on our website are prepared and delivered locally in Hyderabad. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference only.

      • Order Acceptance: Orders will be confirmed via our website, email or SMS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability or pricing errors.

      • Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Payments can be made through credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and UPI as per availability.

      • Intellectual Property: All content on this website is the property of Cake Nation Private Limited and may not be used or copied without written consent.

      • User Conduct: Users shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the website services.

      • Limitation of Liability: Cake Nation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

      • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

    Cancellation Policy

        • Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. Cancellations will not be accepted once the product is out for delivery.

        • For bulk or custom cake orders, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No cancellations will be accepted after this period.

      Refund Policy

      We follow a partial refund policy for eligible cases. Refunds will be provided only under the following circumstances:

          • Product received is damaged or incorrect.

          • Quality issues that are reported immediately upon delivery.

          • If the product is eligible, a partial refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will not be issued for cancelled orders after dispatch.

        Return Policy

            • Returns are accepted only if the delivered product is incorrect or damaged. The return must be requested immediately upon delivery.

            • Please retain the product in its original condition and packaging and contact our support team for further assistance.

            • In case of return approval, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

          Shipping Policy

              • We currently offer local delivery services across Hyderabad. All confirmed orders will be delivered within 30 minutes from the time of order confirmation.

              • Delivery charges will be applicable as per your location and will be reflected at checkout. Orders once dispatched cannot be modified or redirected.

              • For bulk or custom cakes, we advise booking at least 24 hours in advance.
