Products and Services: All cakes and related items listed on our website are prepared and delivered locally in Hyderabad. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference only.
Order Acceptance: Orders will be confirmed via our website, email or SMS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability or pricing errors.
Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Payments can be made through credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and UPI as per availability.
Intellectual Property: All content on this website is the property of Cake Nation Private Limited and may not be used or copied without written consent.
User Conduct: Users shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the website services.
Limitation of Liability: Cake Nation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. Cancellations will not be accepted once the product is out for delivery.
For bulk or custom cake orders, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No cancellations will be accepted after this period.

We follow a partial refund policy for eligible cases. Refunds will be provided only under the following circumstances:

Product received is damaged or incorrect.
Quality issues that are reported immediately upon delivery.
If the product is eligible, a partial refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will not be issued for cancelled orders after dispatch.

Returns are accepted only if the delivered product is incorrect or damaged. The return must be requested immediately upon delivery.
Please retain the product in its original condition and packaging and contact our support team for further assistance.
In case of return approval, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

We currently offer local delivery services across Hyderabad. All confirmed orders will be delivered within 30 minutes from the time of order confirmation.
Delivery charges will be applicable as per your location and will be reflected at checkout. Orders once dispatched cannot be modified or redirected.
For bulk or custom cakes, we advise booking at least 24 hours in advance.
